# Troubleshooting: Posting to Social Accounts

## Why Did My Clip Post to YouTube as a Normal Video and Not a Short?

In order for your clip to be posted as a YouTube Short, it must meet the following requirements:

* Must be in Vertical Layout (9:16)
* The video length must be under 180 Seconds

If your clip meets these requirements and still isn't being posted as a short, please reach out to our support team!

## Why Are My Facebook Clips Not Posting As Reels when Using the Scheduler?

Currently, we cannot autopost to Facebook Reels using the Scheduler. This is due to a limitation by Meta. Any video submitted to Facebook using the scheduler will be submitted as a normal video on your Facebook Feed.

To post this clip as a reel, you will have to manually post it directly to Facebook and make sure it meets the following requirements:

* Must be in Vertical Layout (9:16)
* The video length must be under 180 Seconds
